Ok villain has 78$ and i cover him, i've played 90 hands with him and his stats were 63/12/2. Ok i'm in the BB with [9c] everyone folds except villain limps in OTB.

I bet right away 2$ he flat calls, his range here could be anything from bottom pair to somekind of straight draws etc.

TURN (pot 6.50$):

I got my top two pair but it could complete his straight draw if he had 78 so I decide to bet again, so I bet 4$ he then reraises to 12$ but he has done this several times before I'm assuming with air to steal the pot. I decide to reraise and go all the way on the river because he didn't have so many chips left. I make it 40$ and he flat calls again.

RIVER (pot 86.50$):

I push allin for the rest of his chips which is 36$. Your thoughts please.

That's not a valid reason to raise. If you think that he is bluffing, raise is bad, you should just call him down. That would be my line after he raises turn lead.

I also don't get your river push, what hands that you beat will cal you? A9, that's about it.
