i have in BB, UTG who is 46/7.7/2.6 raises to 4bb and its folded to me in bb
i reraise to 11 bb(should i raise this to 15 since im OOP?

so flop comes and pot is 22.5bb
i check since i have no intent to escalate this pot..if vilian who seems aggresive bets i will 3bet him and fold to push(is this good plan?)
so i check, he checks and turn is a ,
so i decide to bet now to get a call from smaller pps or perhaps to charge the draws
i bet 15bb into 22bb pot and vililan calls
river is i check and vilian bets 24 bb into 52.5bb pot
is this a easy call?
