Was folding the right decission?

BB checks, MP3 bets, Button raises, BB folds, MP3 3-bets, Button calls.

MP3 bets, Button calls.

Final Pot: 13.25 BB

Results in white below:
MP3 has 6c Kd (two pair, sevens and sixes).
Button has Ah 2h (one pair, sevens).
Outcome: MP3 wins 13.25 BB.

once you got 1 bet in there preflop, call the raise. However, if it was 2 bets to you, then you fold unless there are LOTS of callers. The reason you call for 1 bet is that with a raiser, its more likely the pot could get big if you hit your set.

On another note, i would have folded this preflop and not even try to limp. I think I throw away a lot of money on low pocket pairs looking for sets when there aren't enough people in the the pot to give me odds. You should be looking for at least a limper or two before you enter a pot with a low pocket pair that is not likely to win without improvement. However, once you get in for one bet, you should call the one more bet for the implied odds in this case.

If I am reading this right, you called MP then folded for the extra bet when the button raised?

The way I would see it is firstly whether to play 66 from MP1 is going to be texture dependant. I need a loose passive table for me to want to play that since I am effectively playing set or bust. A loose table will give me the right odds to call with that hand.

Given you have made this call I see you need to call that raise. By the time it gets back to you there are 6.5 small bets in the pot. If my thinking is right this gives you perfect odds to call since you are 7.5 to 1 to flop the set. I think the mistake you made was to think of money you have already put in the pot when considering calling the raise. To my mind this is wrong, making the initial call and whether to call the raise are two seperate decisions. Making the initial call is tougher than whether to call the raise. Even with the raise you are still really playing set or bust. Anything less, maybe a straight draw where you hold the top half and its a fold with that many players in.

Yes, propably i shouldend called at all... but beside this i think you pointed out a major mistake i made till now. My logic was if i wouldn've call if the pot have been raised i would fold to a raise behind me.

After your explanation and thinking it through i see this was wrong. Normaly I should have known this allready
