Im on a mild but long-term tilt (w/my PT stats)

To keep the long story short: I began with $100 bankroll in August, and today it stands at $800. I feel like my bankroll refuses to let me reach the $1000 milestone - I've been hovering around $600-$800 for a long time.

Made more than $100 profit (not including the $25 bonus) in William Hill Poker's monthly hour-based bonus 2 months in a row.

With about $200 profit, combined with my bankroll (that was around $600 at the time), I determined that I think I'm ready for 2/4 tables. I thought wrong. I lost a lot of money and was left with only $20 (down from original $200) even after I got the $90 bonus (signup plus monthly bonus on SunPoker.com),

Now in full-tilt mode, I went back to 25c/50c - cheap enough for me to experiment with hands and decide what could be wrong with my play. The $20 swelled back to $100, so I have another $100 to go before I make up for my losses on SunPoker.com.

Earned $23 via Paradise Poker's Sportsbook bonus. Very easy to clear for anyone. I lost $22 of this money playing on 25c/50c trying to finish $20 unearned bonus from my signup w/Paradise long time ago.. this ruined my confidence once again with everything. Cashed out with only $1 profit with my name, while $20 unearned bonus is still sitting there. Hoo-frigging-ray.

The experience described above is pretty typical for me - to the point where I feel like the only reason my original $100 bankroll grew to $800 is due to the bonuses, not my playing skills. As you can see from the stats below, you would realize that most of my profits are mainly from bonuses.

Don't hold back - go ahead and criticize away.. I need to be scolded for whatever you find wrong w/my stats. I just don't get it - no matter how consistently I play what I seem to think is solid poker, my money always seem to bleed slowly. What gives?

I went shopping for a high VP$IP/low aggression last night and found one.

There were three guys with VP$IP bouncing around 60% one at like 6%.

First hand I got was AA, and I raised out and played it hard and won.

Then I got crapola for many, many hands. I was determined to play tight, but, it seems I got just enough starting cards to keep me in the mid 20% range.

I got beat hard when my set of jacks and I watched the spades roll off the deck, one after another. A naked A of spades took my money.

But, there was one guy, a 60%er, who got raise fever. He pushed every body around. I couldn't play with him enough, thanks to lousy starting cards. This guy just kept stacking money, almost tripling the buyin.

I tightened up a little, and went looking for him, because thanks to Pokerhud I could see he was using his stack, not his cards.

I finally got him enough times that I got ahead around 1:30, and went to bed.

But, I learned a lot about aggression watching him. It works. They will call you down and see the river with any part of the flop, and then give it up with a river bet, time, and time again.

You gotta pound, pound pound.

The poor guy with a 6% play rate and a minimal aggression factor was a loser. He was one of the tightest I ever saw, but, wouldn't raise to save his life.

this isn't about the specifics of your stats, but may be just as relevant.

you had two 50 bb upswings at 1/2, and then you have one 50 bb downswing (admittedly at a higher level) and lose your cool. while there very well may be leaks in your game, i think you could just as easily chalk up your loss to variance.
wwcrd?
