Has anyone else noticed this problem on pokershare? Heres what happened. I was on the cutoff with AA and UTG limped in. I raised pot, the BB who was a shortstack raised all in for like a quarter more. UTG just called and when it got back around to me, i couldnt reraise and UTG ended up flopping the nuts! I contacted support and they told me this was the rule and I'm not allowed to reraise in the situation. Wtf?

As far as I know this 'rule' is side-dependent. Some sides use it like in your case other sides (eg Prima network) allow a further raise.

if someone raises a bet less than a minimum, its not considered a raise so it doesn't open up the betting. This is normally the rule online (except places like prima that allow a reraise even if the all in is 1 cent more than the original raise). In the casino, it may vary as a raise may be considered to be half the original bet. For example, i bet $1 and someone goes all in for $1.5 and there is a call, I may be able to raise depending on the casino or just call.
