Mr Gaming Club representative - Please help!

Postby Felonius_Monk » Wed Jan 19, 2005 3:25 am

I downloaded the gaming club software last night and I'm very impressed with the look of the place and want to deposit some money and play there. However, I have had a problem making a new account.

When I try to sign one up, there is no obvious option in the menu screen to enable me to do so. I can click "login" or click on one of the tables, and this takes me to the log in screen where a username is already present. I am not sure why this is - perhaps it is because I have an account at Royal Vegas which uses the same software (though I havent played there in quite a while now) or perhaps it's because I downloaded the gaming club software about 18 months ago (I think) and (again, I think.. memory very hazy!) opened an account, which I never validated, never used, and never put any money into because I was informed that it had been locked for some reason unbeknownst to me within a couple of days of downloading the software. I presumed the account had therefore been removed and so I could sign up through iceman's affiliate link and create an account to actually play at the website.

However, I see no option to create a new account and on the login screen no matter what I try to do it informs me that the account is locked (what account?) and with no apparent online help and no info in the FAQs about this problem i'm basically stumped.

I really want to give gaming club poker some of my not insignificant custom but this is making it difficult to do so! Can you help me on this??? If you personal message me or message me via this website (or email born_to_knit@hotmail.com) I can send details of the specific messages the screen gives me when I try to sign in. I'd like to sort this out this week if possible.

Happened to me when I wanted to sign up with Royal Vegas after having had an account at 7 Sultans. For some reason, the thing reads a leftover file on your computer and puts a previous Prima account number in there. Is this maybe what's happening?

Anyway, you need to hit a button on the logon screen that says something like "Register account," and you'll be able to create a new account from there. Just erase the old Prima account information and type over it.

One thing about those Prima sites. They don't know how to make things easy. It's like they just love screwing with you. I've opened accounts at three of them now, and each and every time, I've had to get help from customer service. Never happens to me with any other site.
