If it's as high as 40%, that's really bad news. Especially since I think Expekt is a European type place (can anybody confirm?) and it always seemed like the worst players were from Scandinavian countries.

I have a feeling that a large majority of them will leave Expekt and play at another Prima site. Its going to bet just like the Party split I think. Alot of the Empire and other skin players will be or already have gone back to Party and I think the same will happen here.
