It seems to be working well thus far. I cranked open ten tables and it didn't seem to have a problem with speed. Think I will give 8 tables a shot tonight if I can figure out how to move PT over to the laptop.

As for sharing the DB across your mini-network, check the PT forums for help with that. Then, once you figure that out, you can teach me.

Postgres can be set up to allow db access over a network. I'm guessing you could also accomplish it with Windows file sharing, but that might be slower.

Have you tried using, say, PAHud over a wireless network? I'd be curious to see if performance is acceptable.
