CR has v good MTT and cash game vids and they have an increasing library of FR.

Meh, you're in sort of a tough spot here.
As you said most sites are practically exclusively teaching 6 max and HU these days.
I know Ryan Daut (who is down numerous stacks at 5/10 to me) made a pretty good 3/6 FR video for Cardrunners.
You might benefit a lot more from getting an actual coach. I would recommend Nation. He is cheap and a FR specialist.

I JUST signed up to DC today...looking awesome so far. ATM, it's crushing CR.
CR started out strong and set a very high bar...but in order to get into the market, new sites know what they have to beat, so they can go about doing that...and DC seems to have done that/is doing that.
