Burn a card

Postby Tepshen73 » Sun Dec 19, 2004 10:49 pm

Do online poker sites burn cards when they deal? If they don't wouldn't this throw off your odds if calculating your odds on remaining cards.

How would it throw off your odds. You calculate odds on the remaining unknown cards. It doesnt matter if the cards are still in the deck or in the burn pile (muck). Theyre still unseen cards.

You're right Ice it doesn't matter for some reason I had it stuck in my head that it would.
