I'm pretty sure that SB will fire out again on turn pretty hard, even if he doesn't fill up..

And how do we play if the stacks are 200bb deep?

If he's a maniac then he will probably play like this with any K, right? Just stick it in and hope your hand holds up. If you're much deeper I think you have to call and reevaluate on the turn. I probably try to shove a harmless looking turn but I wouldn't stack off if a broadway card hits unless his range is wider than just trips.
