Over 45 hands EZ47 has been loose mostly passive (VP$IP 46.67, WtSD 46, TotalAgg .5). I haven't seen him get out of line.

Do we jam now or call and re-evaluate the turn?

i'd want to see other stats, but 45 hands makes most stats pretty meaningless.

either line is OK. i might be tempted to call and rep a flush if it hits and/or just float him and see if he can fire round 2 after the turn comes.

Pretty rare that you are a big dog here, if he has a set or A9 then you have outs, but if a high card or spade hits you will be in a tough spot. A LAP is likely to call with 23 and spades, or 23, or spades, no?

I guess that's the high variance way to play it, but I'd be worried that I'll get pushed off the best hand when I flat call and an offsuit jack hits the turn and he pots into me.
