Apparently live chat will apply this bonus to your account if you ask them. I didn't see any mention of it on the BW forums but maybe everyone already knows about it, I don't know. Maybe HP is just getting sloppy because they know they're going to be shutting down....

Here's the full story if anyone's interested:

A few days ago I asked live chat if there were any reload bonuses I was eligble for and he said that any of the deposit bonuses on the promotions page were available as reloads. He said I should re-deposit and then ask customer service to apply the bonus. So I deposited and asked them to apply the $200 10x bonus.
The agent said, you mean the "50% up to $300 bonus"? (This bonus is not listed on the promo page)
"Is it also 10x?" I asked.
"No, it's 7x"
"Yes, please"

He accidently applied the $200 10x bonus, apologized and said that when I finished he would make sure that I got the correct bonus applied. I saved the chat text and just now spoke to customer service about it and they applied the bonus. A nice!

Unfortunately, I have this thing called a job. It doesn't really transfer well out of the US.

I also have a son, who lives with my ex. If I leave the US I will basically never see him....
