UB = rock garden. Get RB at FTP, or go to stars.

Is it ok to play at FTP if you are not 21 and your state does not allow people under the age of 21 to gamble?

I too am going to be "homeless" come Friday.

I'm probably going to stop off at Stars for awhile (unless they close up shop as well), until things settle down and FTP has had a chance to grow and they add more games and resizable tables. FTP is too small for my liking right now, but they do excelent advertising, so I'd be willing to be a lot of the Party fish will go to Full Tilt.

My goal is to be a FTP eventually playing with rakeback.

If you play $25 NL or above, don't play at UB. I used to play there and was a solid loser. BK is right, total rock garden, very small player base, and games are loaded with grinders. $10 NL down is Ok though. If you do play there (or at FTP), get rakeback before you sign up. Both are 100% legit on those two sites.
