Is it humanly POSSIBLE to lower the quality of play at Bodog... I heard that whoever won the ME had a standing offer from Stars for some absurd amount...

Once you got in the top 25 of any of the events the poker sites were wheeling and dealing with the players to wear their stuff if they made the final table. My friend who finished 21st in the $2000NL, had already made a deal with Doyle's before he busted out.
“The real things to know is that folks will stand to lose more than they will to win. That’s the most important percentage there is. I mean, if they lose, they’re willin’ to lose everything. If they win, they’re usually satisfied to win enough to pay for dinner and a show. The best gamblers know that.” - Pug Pearson
