wha?? Interesting yet Important Sun poker email

By now I'm sure you are aware that recently a bill was passed
through U.S Congress regarding the funding of e-gaming accounts.
Our software provider Cryptologic saw fit to close all U.S
player accounts and mail out checks for any remaining balances.

Although we felt this was somewhat premature, we understand
Cryptologic's need to comply. We understand that many of our
U.S clients continue to want to play with us after receiving great
customer service and monthly bonus promotions.

Rest assured that we are currently in negotiations to produce a
platform for our U.S clients to continue playing and clear any
pending bonuses they may have had in their SunPoker accounts.

We will keep you informed of all developments and access dates.
We greatly appreciate your patience and apologize for any
inconveniences this may have caused you.

Any onee get what that means?

To me it looks like Sun is leaving Cryptologic and I guess Ecash as well?
