Sounds unusual, but I'm not asking any questions!
You should make a backup first just in case.
Start/Run/regedit
Select the top level (whichmay be My Computer), right click and Export the current registry to a file.
Then Delete all keys that relate to the sites in
HKEY_CURENT_USER/Software
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE
by the usual right-click and delete method.
