Pokerroom slower since the new update?

Postby Mr_Burnout » Mon Jul 10, 2006 3:56 am

Is this just me or is the pokerroom software running much slower since their recent maintenance / update? Specifically, the tables seem to freeze up just before dealing cards for a new hand, and 5 secs later all the action flashes by in a split second and it's my turn... The rest of the hand performs ok normally. Weird.

I've speedtested my broadband, and other sites seem to work fine. This has happened both on Pokerroom itself and on Holdempoker.

Curious whether anyone else has experienced this...

Everyone experiences this. 2+2 thread

I used the Java browser based client last night with no lag at all. You can get the hands into PT using PRFetch. Serious pain in the ass, but I have $300 bonus stacked at ongame, so I will be using the web client unless and until the download version is fixed.

Just when some Ongame sites were having some real cashout issues, the exact thing they did not need was to piss off everyone with an unusable "upgrade".
