In your my documents folder is a folder called "player notes" that holds notes for all Tribeca player IDs. It's essentially a text file so you could open and cut and paste (I'm guessing).

What I do is I copy and paste one ID's notes to my HD and rename it another ID and then replace that ID in the folder. Essentially, I make all my notes the same file and just call them the differernt ID names. Of course, you have to update this everytime you switch to a new ID.
