Make sure you have your b2b application open before you do this.

Step 1: Download and install Ultramon ()

Step 2: Once it's running, right click on the icon in the task tray and select "Set primary" and choose the one not selected

Step 3: Move your b2b client to the other monitor

Step 4: Change the primary monitor back to what it was

All done!
