Where should it go?
Right now I have accounts on:

inactive: Party, UB, Doyles, B2B, Prima,

active: pokerstars, mansion, pacific, tilt

Any suggestions on a good bonus/soft site?

No-one plays at WPEX (so far as I can see) although it is 100% RB - just awful game selection unfortunately.

If you are certain you can play winning poker (ring games) for a month then Codepoker (Prma Skin) will give you 50% of your profits back as a bonus dependent on raked hand requirements - equivalent to c. 100% RB),

Various Tribeca sign-ups give you 85-100% RB equivalent too (includes SnG/MTT fees).

Bodog has weak players and 100% RB equivalent if you are an SnG player (but you should probably wait until you can pop $2k or so in without noticing it from your BR)

As mentioned Poker-room and its skins provide various 7x bonuses (whch are maybe 50-60% RB equivalent).

Stars will probably do a WSOP redeposit bonus soon - that clears far too slowly at low limit ring but does amount to about 70% of your SNG fees back (try the $6.50 turbos for good FPP earnage/ rake paid).

If you are a Euro player then keep your eyes peeled for B2B 5x bonuses (about 85% RB up to $820 when available)

If Euro also the Will Hill £25 for 5 table hours play on the 50c/$1 tables is nice.

Pacific may still be giving you the free $50 on first deposit. They also do a nice 30k guaranteed freezeout MTT's every night for $11 or $13.50.
