Is Empire closing to US players at the same time Party is? If not, what do I need to do to set up an account there if I already have an account at Party?

Partygaming which operates Partypoker does not list Empire as one of it's brands

Whether Partygaming owns any or a controlling % of Empire is another issue, but it is a separate company. Empire has always licenced the Party software and shared the same ring game players, so can be viewed as a skin of the Party network. Legally, Party and Empire a two distinct companies as far a I can see.

I stand corrected, the owners(Empire Online) of Empirepoker sold it off and bought Noble. I was confused as to them being listed on the London Stock Exchange.

However, I was very interested to discover that Partygaming has gamebookers.com as one of its brands, though it appears a company called Trident-something owns it. Maybe Party only supplies the software, though it may mean they could potentially be in the same boat as Sportingbet/paradise.
