What is your read on this player?? Vs a decent or good player I fold, vs most of the fish at the $25 tables I am all in. I have seen players make this play with top 2 or even top and bottome. Vs any decent poker player its a fold.

Yeah, it would make life easier if he didn't bet like a moron. This slightly leads me to believe he IS a moron and be tempted to push all in, but that said I'd go through the roof when he shows top set so for psychological reasons it's perhaps a bad play . It's hard to see past top set here, mind you sometimes you do have to push here against good players to show you're not a great candidate to push off a hand with pathetic bets. If your read is correct it looks like a fold. If you had some sort of draw to go along with it i'm leaning towards a push.
