2 opponents sitting out so essentially 6 handed. opponent is new to the table and when in the bb, i raised pf and cb the flop and he folded so this is the very next hand, his 2nd hand. I figured the flop was good enough to semi-bluff. then when the turn hit, seems to be a great card to represent. Thoughts?

I think it's OK yeah. Bit aggro but esp. if that's the image you're trying to cultivate I think I quite like it. A lot of folks like to fold to that second barrel in PLO and I think people give up on these sort of semi-bluff plays too early quite often.
