I mean some of them we can kinda tell, (ed's and em's are kinda self explaintory). But what's if anything made you choose your name here?

Mines not all that interesting but I have to leave ATM so can't type it up now. Prolly do it later, so let's hear it.

I was a geology major and had jsut gotten back from a 10 day trip to Jackson Wyoming with a huge bag or cool rocks wihich my roommate found really funny. This was right about the time of the movie Armageddon came out and my roommate started calling me rock hound after Steve Bushemi's character who was also a geologist. So Rhound was born, the 50 part came from the fact that Rhound was taken on AOL and I drove a 5.0 mustang at the time.

I opened it up to a contest on UPF and out of the dozens of assorted gay and wanker references I somehow decided on this one.

Alright mine is pretty uneventfull. Back when I knew even less about poker than I do now and was starting to play Hold Em I won a fair number of hands with pocket 7's. And even during a home game I played at I got dealt 77 and felt I couldn't lose the hand PF because "it was lucky". Unfortunately I missed the flop and folded on the turn to some action and kicked myself when a 7 hit the river which would've given me the winning hand. So at that point 77 was my lucky hand... I then continued to do horrible at poker overall but 77 was actually still winning a fair amount of hands when I got dealt them. So when I decided to join a forum I went with some people would use as an abbreviation for "pocket" when they would type in the chat box about a hand they had which was pok (whatever hand).

My nickname IRL is Triple B. To quote my best man at my wedding "Big, Bad, Bruce...he is neither big, nor bad but that's what we call him" (but my name really is Bruce)

As a variation I am sometimes 3B. On of my SNs on Ongame is a further play on the theme: "SetofBs".
